Kindergarten Registration for September 2017

September 2017 registration for Kindergarten Year 1 (formerly Junior Kindergarten) and Kindergarten Year 2 (formerly Senior Kindergarten) will take place on Monday, January 23, 2017 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at your nearest public school. This registration is for children being enrolled in school for the first time.

Emergency Preparedness Policy Updated

Our Emergency Preparedness policy (2.1.32) has been updated for January 2017. To ensure the safety and security of all students and staff, District School Board Ontario North East has in place plans and procedures to be implemented in an emergency situation including, but not limited to a serious accident, violent or other incident, or an act of terrorism, in, on, or near school property. In the event of an emergency, the policy has 4 key components with important information for staff, students, parents and the community to be aware of should a school go into Lockdown, Hold and Secure, Shelter in Place or Evacuation.

Director's Annual Report for 2016
