Welcome to Our Smoke-Free School Property
The Smoke-Free Ontario Act states that smoking or holding lit tobacco is not allowed anywhere on District School Board Ontario North East property by anyone at any time. The minimum fine is $305. This applies:
- To students, staff, parents, visitors and rental groups
- To vehicles parked on school property or vehicles coming onto school property
- 24-hours a day, seven days a week
